InLooning Wins Women’s PGA Championship…The First Chinese Major Queen Since Feng Shanshan

China’s In Luning, who plays on the U.S. Women’s Professional Golf Tour, won the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, a major tournament.In Luning lifted the trophy at the tournament in New Jersey, USA, beating second-place Japan’s Yuka Saso by one stroke with a final total of 8-under 276.In Luning became the second Chinese major champion following Feng Shanshan’s LPGA Championship victory in 2012.Shin Ji-eun, who was in second place by one stroke from the lead until the third round, finished the tournament tied for eighth at five-under, while Ko Jin-young tied for 20th and defending champion Jeon In-ji tied for 24th.
