His schedule will allow various consumers to plan events that will be announced throughout the year.
Premier Greyhouse Racing, a media rights company created to provide sports to both operators and fans, announced the schedule to the company’s subscribers.
This allows owners, bookmakers and race participants to prepare 59 schedules a week up to six months in advance.
Sir Lipsey, Premier Greyhound Racing Chairman, said: “This schedule is a future plan for Premier Greyhound Racing. Bookmakers will be offered a race every minute for retail and online customers.
“For our fans, we will deliver the best greyhound racing action directly on a variety of platforms, not to mention the highest level of entertainment.
“We will provide a bigger, bolder and more sustainable vision for our sport.”
Premier Greyhound Racing is a project formed by the partnership between Arena Racing Company and Entain, which began on December 1, 2021.
Premier Greyhouse Racing has not only raised £2.5m ($3.1m) in prize money, but has also donated £100,000 to the welfare strategy of Greyhound Council: the good life of every Greyhouse.
This will be used to support long-term management of racing greyhounds during and after their greyhound career.
Mark Kingston, director of media and technology at Arena Racing Company, said: “We are pleased to announce this timeline to meet the needs of sports stakeholders.
“This includes retail bookmakers, who have all contracted to receive PGRs from January 1, 2024, plus additional fixtures to support digital and international partners.
“We look forward to continuing to work closely with Entain, given their mutual efforts to maintain a high level of welfare throughout the venue.”
Earlier this year Premier Greyhound Racing announced deals with brands from William Hill, Betfred, Entain and Flutter.
