Jeonbuk held a two-hour training session at the UM Arena Stadium in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, starting at 5:30 p.m. (local time) on June 21 to prepare for the third leg of the 2024-2025 Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Champions League (ACL) Group 2 H match against Slangor.

The two teams will face off at the MBPJ Stadium in Phtaling Jaya, 스포츠토토사이트 Slangor, Malaysia at 9 p.m. on Nov. 23.

Jeonbuk is competing in Group H with Slangor, Muangthong United (Thailand) and Dynamic Hub Cebu FC (Philippines).

Jeonbuk, who compete in both the K League 1 and ACL2, will look to carry the momentum from their 6-0 win over Cebu FC in the first leg and 4-1 win over Muangthong in the second leg into the third leg.

The 32-team ACL2 is divided into eight groups of four teams with a home-and-away format (six games in total) for the group stage, followed by a round of 16 tournament for the top two teams in each group.

After two straight wins, Jeonbuk leads the group with six points. Slangor (1 win, 1 draw, 4 points) is in second place. In third place are Muang Thong (1 D, 1 L, 1 P) and Cebu FC (2 L, 0 P).

If Jeonbuk can win away to Slangor and make it three wins in a row, they will cross the 8th ridge into the Round of 16.

Jeonbuk, who are fighting to escape the relegation zone in the K-League 1, will field a B-team against Slangor as they have a tough away match against Jeju United on May 27.

Of the 16 players who started the 2024 Final B Round 34 home match against Daejeon Hana Citizen on Nov. 19 (0-2 loss), only Park Jae-yong traveled to Malaysia for the ACL2 match.

The Jeonbuk B team arrived in Malaysia on Tuesday and held their first informal training session on the afternoon of the 21st. Twenty players, including Jin Tae-ho (18), who distinguished himself by scoring goals in the first and second rounds of the ACL2, tried their luck under head coach Kim Doo-hyun.

After warming up for the first 30 minutes of training, the players engaged in sprinting and tactical drills, followed by a practice match. Coach Kim repeatedly called out the name of Jin Tae-ho, who had a keen sense of touch, and instructed them to use both sides of their bodies.

The players completed the two-hour training session in a serious but friendly atmosphere.
